ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY

At Charqute, we offer flexible fulfillment options to meet your preferences. This policy outlines the three ways you can receive your order: pick-up, delivery, or shipping. Please review each option carefully and select the one that works best for you during checkout.

ORDER FULFILLMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1: PICK-UP
What is Pick-up?
Pick-up orders allow you to collect your order at a date and time you select during checkout.

How It Works
1. Select your preferred pick-up date and time during checkout
2. We will process and prepare your order based on your selected date and time
3. You will receive a confirmation email with your pick-up details
4. Collect your order at the designated time and location

Processing
We process pick-up orders based on your chosen date and time. Unless we encounter issues beyond our control, your order will be ready for pick-up as scheduled. If any circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling your order on time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

OPTION 2: LOCAL DELIVERY
What is Delivery?
Delivery orders allow you to have your order delivered to a location of your choice on a date and time you select during checkout.

How It Works
1. Select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout
2. Provide the delivery address and any special instructions
3. We will process and prepare your order based on your selected date and time
4. Your order will be delivered to your specified location at the scheduled time

Processing
We process delivery orders based on your chosen date and time. Unless we encounter issues beyond our control, your order will be delivered as scheduled. If any circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling your order on time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

OPTION 3: SHIPPING
What is Shipping?
Shipping is available for Charqute branded merchandise only. Shipped orders are sent via carrier services (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to your address.

Shipping Timeframes
Processing Time
All shipping orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day): 1 business day

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers
Charqute ships orders using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Charqute ships merchandise within the United States only. Customers outside the US should contact us at orders@charqute.com to inquire about international shipping options.

DAMAGE AND LOSS CLAIMS
For All Fulfillment Options
If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

1. Contact us at orders@charqute.com within 24 hours of receipt (or discovery of loss) with photos and details
2. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items
3. We will evaluate your claim and provide appropriate resolution (replacement or refund)
4. Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 7-10 business days

For Pick-up Orders
Please inspect your order at pick-up time. If items are damaged, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

For Delivery Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.

For Shipped Orders
If a package is lost in transit (not delivered within the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days), contact us at orders@charqute.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

ADDRESS INFORMATION
For Delivery and Shipping Orders
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages or deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at orders@charqute.com before your order is processed.
